Save your current window or all normal windows as a named session. Tabfold keeps the window layout, tab order, pinned tabs and Chrome tab groups.
Before a session opens, Tabfold compares it with your current browser and shows what's already open and what Chrome won't let it restore. Choose the tabs you need, then restore into new windows — your existing tabs stay put.
Tabfold keeps a local history of your browser state as you work. Go back to an earlier snapshot, and undo or restore anything you moved to Trash.
Export your Tabfold data as a JSON backup file. When you restore, Tabfold validates the file and shows a full summary first — nothing is replaced until you confirm.

Workspaces, sessions and history live in your browser. Backups go to files you pick. There's no cloud copy.
No access to web page content or Chrome history. Bookmarks are only requested if you choose to import them during setup.
Chrome decides whether Tabfold can see incognito windows. Even then, automatic history and saved sessions leave them out.
